How To Automate Auction Posting And Save

Step 1. Download the Tasker program. This will take 6minutes. Download

Step 2. Unzip it. If you don't have one for PC pick a free download [Recommend UltimateZip] . Then run the Setup program. The program will be stored on your C Drive. Open the window, You need it for step 3.

Step 3. This step assumes that you all ready have the Auction Submit Program installed. If you don't download it now. Auction Submit read the tutorial .

This is the most important step in the process to automate auction submissions. Locate the Auction Submit Program and the application you use to get online. AOL, MSN, IE etc. Place a shortcut of the Auction Submit program and the application that gets you online in a place that will always be in the same physical position.[NEVER MOVE THESE ICONS OR RESIZE YOUR SCREEN. If you do repeat only step 3 of this process and store the file using the same file name as the original] I like the Top left corner of my desktop, it's the most static so I'm using it for the icons.

Now run the Tasker.exe program from step 2. Click record.

Move your mouse to the Icon you use to get online. Double click the icon. [For an automatic process to work, you need to have the system remember your login password, so make sure you set that up] Once you have online access move the mouse to the Auction Submit Icon and double click. You will see:

Now Click the new Listing Tab. You Will See:

Now click the Submit All Listings Box. Lower right.

Enter your Password and click OK. Next Click the red square
on the tasker program to stop the recording action here.

Next click the File menu option on the Tasker program box. Click save and give the file a name. I like AutoAS. Remember where you saved the script, you'll need it later. You have just created a script that will duplicate you actions of getting online and submitting all your auction listing anytime its run.

Step 4. This step will use a windows utility in your control panel to set the AutoAS script to run at any pre selected time you want.You should test the script to see if it works before you continue. Close your ISP connection and Auction Submit if opened. Double click the the AutoAS.tsk script. Now you should see the mouse move to the ISP connection and then to open Auction Submit and submit all you listing.When the script is done you will be online and Auction Submit program will be open. This is your way to ensure that the program functioned. If this didn't happen repeat step 3 and 4A if needed.

Next: Open your control panel and double click the Scheduled Tasks Folder Icon.

You will now be presented with the Dialog box below:

Select Add Schedule Task

You will see the Dialog below. Click next.

You will see the Dialog below. Browse to locate the AutoAs.tsk script and select it.

Then Click open

You will see the Dialog below. Select a task schedule and Click next.

You will see the Dialog below. Select a task time/Date and Click next. Recommend that your time is set to close 9-9:30 pm in the time zone that your profit is the highest for your items.

You will see the Dialog below. Click Finish.

That's it you will never have to do this again and your auctions
will be submitted at the date and time you selected forever.

REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR COMPUTER IS ON
OR THIS WON'T WORK UNATTENDED.
