Step 3. Click on the Image Menu on the tool bar and select
Resize/Resample. A dialog box will appear as below. This shows the
current size of your image. Make sure the Preserve aspect ratio
box is checked.

Now reduce the image to a small yet viewable size. We choose a
150 width. Please note that only one dimension needs to be changed
since the aspect ratio is preserved. Just pick the dimension you
want to control. Note: ( If you don't preserve the
aspect ratio, you image will be distorted)

Once you have the image size you want, click on OK. This will bring
you back to the main program window, Select the File Menu from the
tool bar and click Save AS using the GIF File format to save your
Image.
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for as many images as you
want in your slide show.
