Setup Internet Explore and ISP Connections 1st.
Locate Outlook Express on your computer. Click on the start icon , then click on search and select folders. You will see this pop-up:

Enter Outlook Express in the Search for files or folders box as shown then click Search now. The box to the right will begin collecting the search results. When you see this Icon,

Right click you mouse on it and drag it to the desktop and release the mouse. You will prompted to do something, select create shortcut. Then double click the shortcut you created to open internet explore. Click Tools. You will see this pop-up
Go down the list to Accounts and select it.
Click on Add then Mail.
You will now be taken to the Internet connection Wizard which should look like this screenshot (above).

Enter Your name in the Display name box. And click on Next.
Ensure you enter your full e-mail address in the box.
When you have done this, click on Next.
Make sure you select POP3 from the drop down box.
Type the popname from your ISP in the Incoming POP3 mail server box.
Type the smtp name from your ISP in the outgoing SMTP server box.
Click on Next.
Select the Log on using entry. Enter your username and password in
POP account name and Password boxes. Note: Do Not select the Log
on using Secure Password Authentication entry.
Click on Next.
You can leave this box as it is or enter a name of your choice Click on Finish
You can repeat this process for any e-mail accounts you have this ISP. If you want to setup other accounts from other mail servers, follow the same process except the pop3 information id from the mail account your trying to receive mail from and not your ISP. Use the ISP smtp information in the account.
Important Note:You have an option selected that tells Outlook Express to disconnect your dialup connection when it finishes sending and receiving email. This option is designed for people who just want to download messages from e-mail servers and get off-line fast. It's perfect for dialup users who don't have unlimited Internet access. This way they never forget to sign off after checking their e-mail. Here's how to disable the option:
Choose Options from the Tools menu.
Go to the Connection tab and uncheck "Hang up after sending and receiving."
Click Apply and OK.
It's really a good idea to have a free hotmail or yahoo mail account. The mail address you get will be yours forever and if you change ISP's, you will still have and e-mail address that is constant. Also you can send or receive your hotmail from Outlook Express. Hotmail or Yahoo
To add a Hotmail account to Outlook Express, select Tools | Accounts... from the menu. Click Add and select Mail. Enter your name, click Next and input your Hotmail address. Select Next again, and do not change the next screen. Just click Next and enter your Hotmail password. Next (yes, once more) and Finish finish the process of adding a Hotmail account to Outlook Express.

Close the Outlook Express accounts window and Yes, you want to download the Hotmail folders.
To send a message, click File- New message on the main menu bar:

To change mail for a new user, select File from the main menu and select Switch Identity:
