Started
Please
take the time to review these simple navigation hints, it will
greatly enhance your site experience.
Click on
any icons at the top of the site to begin your site tour. A mouse
click will open up the navigation options to the multidimensional
aspects of this site. Simply point your cursor at your topic choice
then click. (See Navigation Hints)
This
site uses frames to ease navigation. Click menu tabs on the top
margin to surf this site. Each tab will allow you to navigate
to different subtopic areas within the site.

The
above menu icons work differently on the home page than all
other pages.
On the
Home Page, clicking any text will bring you to the stated topic
index.
On all
other pages. Clicking the icons will allow you to go to any
sub topics topics without performing the tedious task of back
paging. Of course all standard browser function will operate
correctly.
If you
want to easily return to the page that began your external page
access, return to the navigation button, click on topic you
started from.
If you
wish to view a link un-framed. Hover your cursor over the link,
click the right mouse button, then select open link in new window
from the pop-up dialogue box.
