Auction Essentials 4U uses reliable resources to conduct it's business, however, we make no claims as to future operations performance.
The complete risk as to the web page performance is with client. In no event is Auctionessentials4u.com to be held liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including lost profits,revenues, savings or any incidental, consequential or particular damages steming from the operation of lack of operation of the Auction Essentials 4U web site.
Should any provision of this agreement be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
The buyer also acknowledges the the buyer will not knowingly promote anything that makes any reference to the following: [preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, color, national origin, age, ancestry, sexual orientation, familial status, or disability, or an intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination.]
In addition, should Auctionessentials4u.com become aware of any such violation, Auctionessentials4u.com will remove the buyer from it's membership and retain any moneys transferred without consequence.

Copyrights and Trademarks
The buyer Guareentees that any text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork using Auctionessentials4u.com tools are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner of these above listed items, and holds Auctionessentials4u.com harmless and will protect, and defend Auction Essentials 4U and any affiliates from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the buyer.
Provided Content
The buyer Guareentees that the text is accurate to the best of their knowledge and is in accordance with the laws governing housing in their respected countries.
The buyer acknowleges the Links refferenced on the the Site are sometimes external Links to Auction Essentials 4U or used by the buyer and we can not be responsible for the content or policy, it may change, or the reliablility of the information provided by these outside sources may change.
Copyrights
Copyrights by Auctionessentials4u.com are to be upheld by the buyer.
Additionally, the buyer can create URL address links to the buyer Ads for the purpose WWW Advertisements or use the URL address links in any publications or media.
Under not circumstances is the Mail Form code to be modified. Doing so will cause an immediate termination of this agreement and loss of your account. Monies will not be returned. This is done to ensure that the code can be current with auction policies, which are subject to the Auction Site Hosts. The site retaind the right to change the Forms generated by the site at anytime.
Image Storage Conditions:
1 Images over 60K bytes in size will be deleted.
2. Pornographic or objectionable Material such as hate images etc. will be deleted at our discretion
3 .Copy infringing material is not our responsibility, the user of this service must not post copy infringing material on this site. If we discover any material of this nature, it will be deleted.
4. Images stating that they are being hosted by another service will be deleted.
5. Images that are 60 days old will be deleted.
6. This service is to be used for storing images for Ad on Auction or Classified Ads. Images discovered to be for other uses will be deleted.
7. We are not responsible for Image presentation failures. Our service is no better than any other Internet service and is subject to outages. Our hosting provider has a 99% uptime record, however past performance can have no bearing on future performance.
8. As with all services we have limited storage capability and should our users exceed our capabilities, new images will not upload.
9. Only .jpg or .gif images will be stored on this site.
10. The site is not reponsibile for any usage of Bidders Mail Form output by the buyer used on external sources that prohibit there use.
